What are some of the places in Plattsburgh that are haunted that you know of?  Any public buildings?

I heard when someone sees a ghost it usually occurs under powerlines, which cause the person to hallucinarte because of high electrical fields.

I bet the Old Base and some of the dorms on Plattsburgh State University have a lot of weird activities going on!
