How to add an event to the PlattsburghPipeline.com Community Calendar

1.    Log in or create a pipeline account (How to Create an Account)

2.    On the right side of the website in the “My Account” section click on add event. A new page opens and you will need to fill out all the required fields.

3.    Begin by entering in the name of the event in the What? Section.

4.    Continue on by entering in the location of the event being added. ** If the location does not appear automatically the business or location has not yet been entered into the pipeline database. You will need to enter UNKNOWN as the location in this section to continue posting the event.

5.    Enter a Start time and date. Then enter the End time and date.  Click on the grey tab at the end of each blank section and a calendar with time will pop up.

6.    Enter in the cost of the event you are adding, you may leave this field blank if the event is free!

7.    Complete the website info and provide a detailed description of the event for readers.

8.    Enter in tags. A tag is a key word used to describe the event. You may enter in multiple tags.

9.    If the event you are adding is a live performance by one of the featured bands aired on               Plattsburgh Pipeline Radio, highlight the band name by clicking on it. Click on the blue arrow pointing to the right and the band name will move to the empty box.

10.    Review all the information you have entered and save. To save: Click on the save picture at the bottom or top of the page.

Scott, can you put together an instructional on how to post outdoor pictures to the "outdoors" forum, or preferably a "slideshow" section of it's own for posting local scenes?
