The poeple of Plattsburgh have a choice in the upcoming elections.Family court judge Tim Lawless now must run again a opponet, unlike other times, Willaim Mcoein will be challening him in this yrs election.We need to as a group decide the best canadate for the job, I will be posting more in time on this very critcal issue in upcoming weeks but can say now that Mr lawless,es actions speck for themselfs, he has taken liberties to breackup familys, destroye lives , impoosing his standerds , veiws on all whom go before him far to long,,, so pleaase a commuity we need to ride ourselfs of such a menice as he has so proven to be on our famils in clinton county  ,,more to come

Yes  that's what I am saying,,, In my opinion, yes I feel he is, family court judge main poupos ,  reunite families,,, I thought,, well this man I have heard so much of , that I needed to look into myself, many lawyers wont represent clients anymore in his court, he I believe feels that his judgement is absolute, without area, his decision , are now starting to end up in courts of appeal, children being removed from homes, placed into foster care when the circumstances don't war rent them, someone being late for an appointment at counseling ,threw in jail for 30 days, and as for the term due processes , threw out completely, guilty till proven innocent left the court house , replaced by the will of a unsympathetic, rude , pompous man, You may think I have an axe to grind hear?I do not ....I have never been in front of this man for any reason at all.My kids are now grown am sure however if I had been the judge I would be written this letter as those whom challenge him , well we wont go there now.
