Make it a regatta only. Plattsburgh is not a place for entertainment the people just dont respond to it, attendance sucks and the events suffer. Plus we don't have the finances. Maybe once they merge the city and town we can relook at the finaces and decide what "Free Events"(hopefully they produce some $$) we need to make the place better and add to the much needed cultural side.
