About the Event
Over 100 wild plants in our region can be used for tea. We will cover the best tasting and the safest to drink. Medicinal properties of each will be discussed as well as the best time of year to collect, what part of the plant to use, how to preserve and how to prepare the teas. Photos of these plants will be shown on the cafe's large screen TV.
