The International Festival of Percussions of Longueuil, presented by Loto-Quebec, is pleased to announce its 10th edition, which will be held from July 13th to 17th 2011 on St. Charles street in the heart of Old Longueuil. Also, for the first time, « l’Hôte zone » on the outer perimeter of the shopping mall Place Longueuil, near the metro. This stage will offer two shows each night with the sole guiding “the unusual”. This edition will welcome nearly 700 artists and 150 000 festival-goers.

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. –The SUNY Plattsburgh Department of Music will celebrate its 35th annual Jazz Festival with a jazz concert and Latin/Caribbean dance party Friday, May 6, and Saturday, May 7.

Plattsburgh, NY – Plattsburgh’s roller derby team, The North Country Lumber Jills, is hosting a live performance by local area bands, highlighting Lucid. “Roller Derby & Rockin' Roll” will take place on Saturday, April 16, 2011. The team has arranged the event in support of the continued efforts to introduce Roller Derby to the North Country.
