RPM is a 3 piece rock & roll band based in Montreal, Quebec.

All of our members studied music at one time or another, Rob grew up playing classical piano, Paul studied Jazz & Composition at Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton, & Mike studied bass at B.I.T. in Los Angeles. Our musical influences are fairly diverse, which gives us a sound that is hard to pin down, but we find a common ground in music that tends to be more progressive in nature. The songwriting process in this group is very collaborative & we enjoy the synergy of a being a three piece, as it leaves each of us each space to develop ideas. Paul writes most of the lyrics but often they come about through “stream of consciousness” as the songs are being written then later beat into submission. Our debut C.D. RPM / Revolutions was written, recorded, mixed & mastered by RPM.
